Simplifying Fractions

  

Today we were learning how to simplify fraction.The first thing I did was I looked for numbers that is

divisible by both numbers and denomintor.The first Fraction I did was 12/15, I chose the number 3

because it is divisible by 15 and 12 .So for 15 I got 5 and for 12 I got 4 also 3x4=12 and 3x5=15.

 

This a graph of the school house points. I found this out by the current school house points. 

From this graph I can see that;

• Rata has the most points
• Kowhai has third most points
• Totara has the second most points 
• Kauri has the least amount of points!

I think its possible for Kauri to catch up to Rata but I think it is unlikely. I think Kauri will need 200 points to catch up , normally teams earn 60 points a day.
